About
Hi, I’m Jagruthi, a certified Pranayama, Meditation and Hatha Yoga teacher with over 10 years of personal practice and a daily sadhana.
As someone who has lived with anxiety and chronic overthinking, I know what it feels like when the mind rarely slows down. Pranayama, meditation and conscious breathing became an important part of my own healing, helping me feel calmer, more focused and emotionally balanced.
That transformation inspired Slow Down Rituals and the way I teach today.
For me, yoga doesn’t begin with the posture. It begins with the breath. When we learn to notice and consciously work with the breath, we create a simple way to pause, reconnect and slow down wherever we are.
My approach to breath led yoga brings together conscious breathing, pranayama, breath led asana, guided meditation, relaxation techniques and mindfulness practices that fit into real life. Whether you have an hour or just 10 quiet minutes, there is always space to begin.
Here, you can join my live group classes, book a one on one session, or simply begin with guided breathing practices from my app. You can also receive Slow Down Rituals, personal practices and mindful messages delivered straight to your inbox.
What I teach
Three practices, one foundation: the breath supporting your mind, emotions and body.
Yogic breath-led rituals that purify the body's energy, calming the nervous system, quieting the mind and building steady mental clarity.
Guided stillness that brings quiet to the mind and connection to the inner self, supporting emotional balance and presence.

Kind words
A few words from people who chose to slow down.
Since I began practicing pranayama with Jagruthi in 2024, her positive guidance has helped me find a deeper sense of calm and clarity. I recently restarted my classes, focusing on a balance of pranayama, mantra chanting, and yoga asanas. The journey has been grounding, and I’m grateful to continue growing under her guidance.
My pranayama and asana practice with Jagruthi reignited my passion for yoga. In the midst of a hectic everyday life, her sessions created a space for me to slow down, breathe with intention, and reconnect with myself. I’ve experienced greater physical balance and flexibility, along with deeper mental clarity and emotional resilience. The way she blends mindfulness with movement has been truly uplifting.
I’m usually quite disconnected from my body and often feel ungrounded, and incorporating the breathing exercises into my day-to-day life has helped me a lot. The resolution-setting practice also helped me feel more at peace with my goals instead of constantly ruminating on them. I was able to set my resolution and simply let it go. The practice has helped me feel more grounded and connected to myself.
The way Jagruthi explained the breathing techniques has immensely helped me in reducing my anxiety. I’m very thankful for the way she taught me the breathing exercises and helped me understand how to use them in my everyday life. The breathing app has also been a game changer in helping me stay consistent with my breathing practices.
