Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday 6:00 to 7:00 PM PDT
Does this sound like you?
The laptop closes, but the unfinished tasks, tomorrow’s plans, family responsibilities and mental lists keep running in the background.
This class may be for you if:
After a day of rushing, achieving and managing responsibilities, you don’t need another practice asking you to push harder.
This is Slow Down Yoga.
An hour to breathe, move gently, ground yourself and allow your mind and body to slow down.
For me, yoga doesn’t begin with the posture. It begins with the breath.
Practise from home
When you’ve already had a full day, getting ready, travelling to a studio and coming home again can make yoga feel like another task.
That’s why these classes are live and online.
All you need is comfortable clothing, a yoga mat, your laptop or phone and a quiet corner at home.
Three scheduled evenings give you the structure, guidance and accountability to keep showing up without adding another commute to your day.
Open your laptop. Roll out your mat. Come as you are.
What you’ll practise
Every class is rooted in Breath Led Yoga, beginning with the breath and gradually moving through practices for the body and mind.
Conscious breathing, pranayama, chanting and breath awareness.
Gentle warm ups, breath led Surya Namaskars and Hatha Yoga asanas.
Meditation, mindfulness, guided relaxation and practices for stillness.
You’ll also learn simple practices you can use for 10 to 15 minutes on your own between classes.
Because yoga shouldn’t only exist during the hour you spend on your mat.
It should become something you can return to in real life.
Your teacher
I’m a certified Pranayama, Meditation and Hatha Yoga teacher with over 10 years of personal practice and a daily sadhana.
As someone who has lived with anxiety and chronic overthinking, I know what it feels like when the mind rarely slows down.
Pranayama, meditation and conscious breathing became an important part of my own healing, helping me feel calmer, more focused and emotionally balanced. That transformation inspired Slow Down Rituals and the way I teach today.
My approach to Breath Led Yoga brings together breath, gentle movement, meditation, relaxation and mindfulness in a way that fits into real life.

Kind words
My pranayama and asana practice with Jagruthi reignited my passion for yoga. In the midst of a hectic everyday life, her sessions created a space for me to slow down, breathe with intention, and reconnect with myself. I’ve experienced greater physical balance and flexibility, along with deeper mental clarity and emotional resilience. The way she blends mindfulness with movement has been truly uplifting.
Since I began practicing pranayama with Jagruthi in 2024, her positive guidance has helped me find a deeper sense of calm and clarity. I recently restarted my classes, focusing on a balance of pranayama, mantra chanting, and yoga asanas. The journey has been grounding, and I’m grateful to continue growing under her guidance.
